Currently, our products are available for purchase exclusively on our website, with delivery within the USA.
When you purchase a walking pad, you’ll receive a link to a questionnaire via email. After completing the questionnaire, our certified trainer will create a personalized fitness guide, which will be emailed to you. This guide is online-only, and may or may not be received before or after your order.
If you haven’t received your guide within a few days of completing the questionnaire, please check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, contact us at info@momentumfitnessus.com for assistance.
We offer free standard shipping within the USA. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically shipped within 3-5 business days. For some products, shipping may take 4-9 days after processing.
Orders cannot be canceled within the processing and shipping timeframes. You may request a cancellation only if the package is delayed more than 30 days. Otherwise, cancellations are not accepted.
We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

If your walking pad arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@momentumfitnessus.com with photos and videos of the damage. We will assist you in processing a return or replacement.
